Quality Control & Assurance:

Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards.

Ensure all products meet internal and external quality specifications.

Oversee product testing, inspections, and certifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Process Improvement:

Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing defects, rework, and product recalls.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize quality control processes.

Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and drive effective solutions.
Supplier & Customer Relations:

Manage the quality of raw materials and components from local and international suppliers.

Handle customer feedback and complaints and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with vendors to meet quality and delivery requirements.
Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and develop the quality assurance team in the factory.

Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and understanding of quality processes among staff.
Job Description

Perform regular performance evaluations and provide development plans for team members.
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all products meet Vietnamese regulatory requirements and relevant international standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH).

Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for audits by local authorities and international customers.

Lead the factory in preparations for external quality and safety audits.
Reporting & Documentation:

Generate reports on key quality metrics such as defect rates, rework levels, and customer satisfaction.

Document all quality control activities, including test results, audits, and corrective actions.
Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) is preferred.
Experience:

At least 5-7 years of quality management experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Experience in the manufacturing sector in Vietnam or Southeast Asia preferred.

Knowledge of international quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) and Vietnamese regulations.
Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in quality management tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, Vietnamese is better.

Experience with ERP and quality management software.
