• Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance work performed within the facility.
• Responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.
• Be the principal contact and liaison person between Maintenance, Operations, Procurement and other supported departments to ensures that all internal beneficiaries of Maintenance receive timely, efficient and quality service.
• Optimize reliability maintenance programs (PDM/ PM).
• Control of planned maintenance costs.
• Optimize spare part usage; Provide special tool and equipment requirements.
• Determination of the number of labor resources needed. Establish job goals for the work force.
• Obtains blueprints, drawings, instructional manuals and special procedures, as needed, from files or other sources.
• Conduct informal training as required of maintenance personnel in proper maintenance procedures and proper reporting procedures and in the use of CMMS software as a maintenance tool.
• Maintains necessary records and files and prepares and distributes accurate control reports.

Requirement:
• Education and experience require: University graduate major in mechanical or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years corresponding position experience at multinational companies. Experience in soybean crushing or food producing is an advantage.
• Fluent in English verbal, writing and reading technical document for daily working and interacting with foreigners.
• Fluent with MS. Office (MS. Project and Excel…), proficient use of SAP and experience in reliability maintenance is prefer.
• Having safety mindset and safety practical experience at the standard of best in class.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Being an innovator in what he/she doing.
• Strong in influencing, communication, and presenting skill.
