JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s fasteners and their applications.
- Present technical product solutions to clients, addressing their specific engineering requirements.
- Identify and engage potential customers in target industries, including electronics and automotive industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to achieve sales growth.
- Develops business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering roles, preferably in fasteners or related industrial products.
- Skills:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate engineering concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
