About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly expanding company specializing in chemicals, is looking for a Sales Executive. 

Position Overview: The Sales Executive is a corporate function to increase and exceed the company's specified sales target and develop new business opportunities based on good business relationships. As such, we are looking for an individual with not only strong technical skills but also excellent soft skills with the highest professionalism.

Responsibilities:
  • Run a sales strategy and strive for achievements that exceed your target by following up orders, setting sales forecasts, and resolving customer complaints.
  • Make regular planned visits and create reports as inputs to build solid relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and grow existing customers.
  • Participate in assisting in the preparation of appropriate sales strategies, including:
  • Conduct customer analysis to create annual sales budget
  • Gather complete and correct data for market survey
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products. Grows new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support the smoothness of the sales process and development opportunities, including:
  • Helping the Finance team related to the smooth completion of customer payments.
  • Assist the sales manager, if necessary, together visit customers to resolve issues related to receiving money
  • Work with the Technical team to update development activities and inform customers and superiors.
  • Coordinate with Technical team to get the right solution either product / application related problem.
  • Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager, including: 
  • Assist in top management gathering activities, including preparing necessary data and assisting key customers. 
  • Attend training / seminar activities related to the product, etc… 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferable with chemical background.
  • Preferable 2 years of experience in selling chemicals, especially for textile industry.
  • Able to communicate in English – speaking, writing. 
  • Expert in office computing, analysis tools. 
  • Presentation skill 
  • Effective communication: Verbal & non-verbal
