Position Overview: This role is responsible for driving sales in the Vietnam territory, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth.
Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve planned sales, revenue, and profit goals for the territory.
  • Create and implement sales strategies for the assigned area.
  • Develop sales targets and expand new customer opportunities.
  • Monitor pricing and profits, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with business managers to implement strategies.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and new accounts.
  • Provide technical support and information to customers.
  • Address customer issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Plan and forecast sales activities with internal teams.
  • Gather market intelligence on competition and trends in the region.
Experienced Requirements
  • Must have bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of sales/marketing/technical sales experience in Masterbatch, Pigment, Polymer, or similar products.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, with problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strong business and competitor analysis abilities.
  • Proficient in computer use and presentation skills.
  • Experience in multi-country, multilingual team environments.
