Position Overview: This role is responsible for driving sales in the Vietnam territory, developing customer relationships, and achieving business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Achieve planned sales, revenue, and profit goals for the territory.
- Create and implement sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Develop sales targets and expand new customer opportunities.
- Monitor pricing and profits, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with business managers to implement strategies.
- Build and manage relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Provide technical support and information to customers.
- Address customer issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Plan and forecast sales activities with internal teams.
- Gather market intelligence on competition and trends in the region.
- Must have bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of sales/marketing/technical sales experience in Masterbatch, Pigment, Polymer, or similar products.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, with problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Goal-oriented with strong business and competitor analysis abilities.
- Proficient in computer use and presentation skills.
- Experience in multi-country, multilingual team environments.
