Position: Senior Marketing Manager
Reports to: CEO (expat)Working Place: HCM
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution. This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional communication (especially with HQ), and a data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate should possess strong English communication skills, be confident working with creative agencies, managing budgets, using AI tools (such as GPT), and building and leading a high-performing marketing team.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Develop the annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned with brand positioning and HQ objectives.
- - Plan, track, and manage marketing budgets by campaign, event, and platform.
- - Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns, product launches, and pop-up events.
- - Supervise campaign performance analysis, collect insights, and optimize future activities based on ROI and engagement metrics.
- - Manage communications and approvals with HQ (in English), ensuring alignment on visuals, tone, and strategy.
- - Apply AI tools to accelerate campaign planning, copywriting, content creation, and data summarization.
- - Build and lead a marketing team with clear roles (events, digital, content, VM, CRM), including recruitment and training.
- - Ensure all brand activities reinforce brand image and contribute to sales performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- - At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or event marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, and especially in the international brands.
- - Fluent in English (written and verbal), with strong confidence in communicating with regional or HQ teams.
- - Hands-on experience working with agencies and executing events end-to-end.
- - Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of customer behavior and brand building.
- - Comfortable using AI tools, or other LLM-powered platforms for efficiency and creativity.
- - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and grow a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Experience in building a marketing team from the ground up.
- - Ability to read campaign data (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta insights) and make informed decisions.
- - Creativity with a business mindset – able to balance innovation and ROI.
