Job Description:
Report to Global Sales Director
1. Drive new business opportunity by cold calling, leveraging networks, etc
2. Lead the sales process by focusing on high-potential prospects, identifying tailored solutions, delivering software demos, and driving negotiations to successful closures.
3. Be a “solutions expert”, guiding prospects on their critical business challenges and strategic objectives and providing feedback to the product team for enhancements. 4. Share ideas and new business development strategies
5. Consistently surpass sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS product B2B sales.
2. Highly competitive, strong work ethic and teamwork
3. Proven success in closing new business (annual contract sizes ranging from $10-15K), consistently exceeding sales targets, and open to an aggressive commission-based pay structure.
4. Willingness to embrace a performance-driven sales model by closely monitoring key sales metrics and regularly updating the CRM. Familiar with MS Office.
5. Strong in delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Comfortable with technology systems, Internet applications, and the ability to interact with senior level leaders
