POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SOP Specialist to join our Vietnam team. This role will be responsible for developing, localizing, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating professionally in both English and Chinese (plus) and collaborating with headquarters teams and local frontline staff. Frequent business travel to key stores is expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Translate and localize global SOP materials into Vietnamese documents tailored for frontline teams.

Design, write, and continuously optimize SOP documents covering store operations, customer service, inventory, cashiering, and merchandising.

Work closely with headquarters teams (in English/Chinese) to align local procedures with global standards.

Conduct training sessions for store staff and ensure SOPs are understood, practiced, and evaluated.

Support new store openings and major campaigns with process documentation and team onboarding SOPs.

Coordinate SOP implementation with cross-functional teams (SCM, HR, Retail Operations, Training).

Perform field visits to Da Nang and Nha Trang stores regularly to audit SOP compliance and gather feedback.

Develop and maintain a centralized SOP library and revision tracking system.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.

Strong bilingual communication skills: fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus; confident in written translation.

At least 2 years of experience in operations, SOP management, or retail training.

Ability to work independently, handle structured documents, and manage version control.

Willingness to travel to Da Nang and Nha Trang stores monthly.

Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, or other large language model platforms for documentation and training content generation.

Detail-oriented, with strong logical structuring and information presentation skills.
