You will be responsible for managing and executing complex and strategic sourcing initiatives across various categories and sub-categories. This includes translating business needs into clear and actionable statements of work, leading competitive bidding processes (RFx), and managing supplier negotiations and e-auctions. We are seeking candidates with 5–8 years of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain, including project and team management. Specific category expertise in MRO, Capex, professional services, or food ingredients is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex sourcing projects across multiple categories and sub-categories

• Translate business requirements into well-defined Statements of Work (SOWs)

• Conduct supplier solicitation activities, including RFIs, RFPs, and e-auctions

• Prepare negotiation strategies and scripts; lead commercial negotiations

• Recommend supplier selections, support onboarding and qualification processes

• Ensure supplier compliance and contract execution in alignment with company policies

• Apply strategic thinking and business acumen to deliver impactful sourcing outcomes

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success

• Support team members through project allocation, kickoff meetings, and mentoring

• Monitor supplier performance and SLA compliance, driving continuous improvement

• Participate in recruitment and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices

What You Should Bring

Note: This position is open to local citizens fluent in Vietnamese.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement; management consulting experience is a plus

• Prior experience in direct procurement is preferred (e.g., food ingredients, raw materials)

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficiency in English is required

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated consultative approach with industry best practice knowledge

• Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Hands-on experience in sourcing tools, e-auctions, and category management (both direct and indirect categories)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
