*JOB OVERVIEW
As a Team Leader, your main responsibility is to handle the operating task at the Enterprise, S&O South Vietnam team bringing the excellent services to our value clients and associates. You will work closely with Operation Manager of Enterprise team.
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
People & clients management
Guide and supervise the team members to process timesheet, payroll, compulsory insurance, personal accident & health care insurance.
Train assignees in team to carry out payroll process.
Advise team leaders/ members with creative solutions related to Staffing Outsourcing service.
Advisory for recruitment pool and recruitment pipeline and work with recruitment team to ensure quality and quantity of candidates/shortlist.
Conduct workshop/ training/ sharing experience to team about actual case study and applying local law in providing Outsourcing service.
Playing as escalate level to solve all the issues that relate to client service and monitor the quarterly/ yearly survey to improve service quality; Assist manager to build and supervise team, work with clients…
HR Tasks
Manage full process of new hires, termination, onboarding documents and reports in compliance with current regulations.
Gather overtime, expenses claim, payment data... and follow up all kinds of leaves of associates: annual leaves, unpaid leave…
Process monthly payroll included payroll reports to Clients, HR, Finance and Associates.
Cooperate with team to process compulsory and private insurance reports and issues: monthly declaration, obtain new MI card, social books closure.
PIT Finalization at year end and monthly send/ ensure personal income tax data to Finance.
Conduct orientation training for associates as requested.
Manage & improve payroll and outsourcing process; set up new projects
Legal update to associates and clients
Accounting & Financial tasks
Manage processing monthly billing for charging clients and the transfer from clients.
Reconciliation cost including managing P&L reports to Finance tasks upon request.
Support in Business Development
Manage to communicate with existing clients on requirement of new scopes including preparation of quotation, extension of service contract.
Support or join with manager in approaching clients.
Others
Monthly reports to internal and clients
Manage admin tasks, SMUI, PIT in operation of team
*JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.
05 years of professional experience in C&B with at least 02 years at supervision level
Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payroll is a plus.
Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
Must possess effective communication skill (written and verbal)
Good at English language
Can do attitude.
Excellent customer service mindset.
