Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for The company business users regarding workflow and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business analysts and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new workflows and automation tools.
- Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement optimized workflows that align with organizational goals for greater efficiency.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
- Continuously monitor and improve automated workflows.
- Manage workflow and automation systems to ensure they operate smoothly and meet business needs.
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all workflows.
- Manage small-sized projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate proper and accurate release management process for system changes.
- Oversee changes in business processes related to system enhancements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution.
- Stay updated on the latest workflow optimization and automation technologies to enhance business processes.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve workflows and automation across the organization.
The Essentials
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
- Proven expertise in workflow automation tools, especially Microsoft Power Automate.
- A successful history of implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
- Experience managing and maintaining workflow systems in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on process optimization.
