Loan Cao has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a main focus on strategic HR management, workforce solutions, and HR consulting services.

Joining ManpowerGroup Vietnam in 2011, Loan is currently the Operations Manager, Staffing & Outsourcing, Convenience Accounts South (White collars) and HR Consulting Services, ManpowerGroup Vietnam. She has done an excellent job of maintaining a consistent and sustainable growth rate in both sales and earnings of more than 120% over the years while working as a manager at Manpower. Before joining ManpowerGroup, Loan had worked in the most well-known local companies in Human Resource and handled Rewards Management at Sanofi, one of the top three pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam.

Loan has in-depth knowledge of Labor law, hands-on experience and a strong passion with HR Consulting and C&B, professional expertise in providing HR solutions, and providing trustworthy services to clients.

Some of Ms. Loan's major achievements in the field of human resource consulting include establishing C&B structures for production and office sectors; training and sharing with clients on labor strategies, processes, and strategic solutions; and consulting on setting up HR and operational structures for foreign enterprises newly entering Vietnam. Loan has also made significant contributions to the sharing of knowledge about sustainable development, particularly in the area of human resources, at many colleges and corporate forums.
