Loan has more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a main focus on Staffing, Outsourcing & HR Consulting Services.

Joining ManpowerGroup Vietnam in 2011, Loan is currently the Operations Manager of Convenience Account in HCMC.  Before joining ManpowerGroup, Loan had worked in the most well-known local companies in Human Resource and handled Rewards Management at Sanofi, one of the top three pharmaceutical companies in Vietnam.

Loan has in-depth knowledge of Labor law, hands-on experience and a strong passion with HR Consulting and C&B, professional expertise in providing HR solutions, and providing trustworthy services to clients.

Some of Loan’s major achievements in HR consulting include setting up a C&B structure for both Manufacturing & Office, training and sharing with clients on labor practices and the full process of foreign labor registration in Vietnam.
