Carine has deep experience over 20 years as a Talent Management and HR functions professional, specialising in the field of People and Culture. Having worked across leading global organizations, multiple industries, lived and worked in five different countries across Europe and APAC, Carine carries a deep understanding on design & implementation of Talent Acquisition, learning & development strategies, leading complex HR transformation, enhancing performance management frameworks, proven capability in implementing change initiatives, as well as harnessing coaching and mentoring programs to help build strong talents across multiple domains.

Carine joined ManpowerGroup in 2019 as Head of People & Culture for APME region, covering 11 countries with over 4000 employees and focuses on designing and deploying advanced HR strategies to drive the growth and talent agenda. She also has strong experience in workforce solutions industry, having previously worked with The Adecco Group and PageGroup.

Graduated from European Business School and with a Master’s degree in International Business, Carine’s passion and key focus is on attracting, developing, engaging and managing talent and her objective is to increase employee engagement, build strong and diverse succession pipelines, develop robust leaders and while helping organizations to transform and innovate.

Carine currently resides in Australia and is mother of a 6 year old girl.
