​Yen is an experienced and result-driven Marketing Communications enthusiast who has proven the ability to lead diverse Marketing Communications and PR teams in various industries and fast-paced environments. She has over 15 years of hands-on experience in strategic marketing communications, media relations, public relations, account management and business development.

Yen has been working with both client and agency environments. This has created a competitive edge for her to be fast responsive to various, fast changing business needs.

Yen joined ManpowerGroup in June 2017. Since then, Yen and her team have continuously promoted ManpowerGroup and Manpower brands and our company’s mission to provide innovative workforce solutions to our clients and bring meaningful jobs to thousands of candidates and associates in Vietnam.

Yen has graduated from HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities, majoring in English linguistics and literature. She got her MBA from the Maastricht School of Management (the Netherlands) in 2008.
