​Thomas Rooney joined Savills Hanoi team in 2017. After closing some of the biggest Office & Retail leasing deals for clients like Shopee, RMIT and the Canadian Embassy, Thomas left the Commercial Leasing Team and transferred to the Industrial Services team in 2021 to help multinational clients on the production and logistics expansions. Thomas currently manages the Hanoi Industrial Services team and is responsible for leasing brokerage and seeking buyers for industrial asset investments across Northern & Central Vietnam. Since joining Savills Industrial Services, Tom acted as the lead broker for the successful PepsiCo Foods 80,000 sq m land deal in Ha Nam Province in Dec 2023, representing one of the largest land leases in the province to date.
