Yen Pham’s now working at Intel Products Vietnam factory, the largest Chip assembly and testing factory of Intel Corporation. The company has invested in Vietnam since 2006.

Yen has more than 25 years working in the field of human resource:16 years working at Samsung Company, with the last position before retiring as Human Resources Director; 5 years working at Datalogic as Human Resources Manager.

In 2017, Yen joined Intel as Human Resources Director, and is currently in charge of Labor Relations and Labor Law at Intel.

Ms. Yen graduated from Law University and had a lawyer’s certificate at the judicial apprenticeship. Besides, Yen MBA program from Southern Columbia School.
