For recent graduates, securing a suitable career and a thriving workplace is one of their top priorities. Many also find it difficult to overcome difficulties in the rapidly evolving workplace while leveraging their professional talents.

More than 5 years ago, Tan Phat enrolled at the Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM) after receiving a full scholarship from the school and gaining outstanding achievements academically. But like many others, he felt vague about his future career when he reached the threshold of his final years.

"Despite receiving several job opportunities, I was still rather anxious about my next career move. I made the decision to give the ManpowerGroup Trainee Program a shot as soon as learning about it.", Tan Phat recalled when he first joined the company.

Tan Phat shares about ManpowerGroup Trainee Program and ManpowerGroup Vietnam's corporate culture

ManpowerGroup Trainee Program is designed to train and guide young Vietnamese talents professionally by experiencing the business operations at MNCs and chances to engage, communicate and work with partners, clients, and candidates in a wide range of industries.

“For me, one of the most significant values at ManpowerGroup Vietnam is its culture. Not only do we receive ongoing and tremendous support from our mentors and colleagues, but we are also encouraged to try & learn, and develop both technical & soft skills. Particularly, ManpowerGroup demonstrates its ‘humanity’ very clearly, as stated in its #peoplefirst strategy. That's the reason I continue to choose to work with ManpowerGroup Viet Nam after nearly two years”, said Tan Phat.

The Trainee Program also demonstrates ManpowerGroup Vietnam's corporate culture, which is a professional working environment that allows new graduates to learn, explore, and gain experience that will assist them in navigating their careers. “ManpowerGroup Vietnam prioritizes workforce diversity and offers equal opportunities for all those who want to learn, work, contribute to the success of their business, and advance themselves. Hence, discriminatory factors are explicitly excluded in our recruitment processes”, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huong, Country HR Manager, ManpowerGroup Vietnam proudly shared during the FPT students’ visit at ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s office. Research also reported that companies with high levels of diversity were 39% more likely to outperform their peers with lower diversity representation.
