On 12th September, representative from ManpowerGroup Vietnam, Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huong - Country Human Resources Manager joined Annual National Conference on Sustainable Development 2019 as a panelist in one of the three key discussion sessions. Under the direction of the Government leaders, the Conference was organized by the National Council for Sustainable Development and Competitiveness Enhancement, in collaboration with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and The World Bank.
In the breakout session "Human Capital: The HC index, role of sustain leadership and coordination of government in long-term", Ms. Huong shared insights from the perspective of the leading global HR firm about in-demand skill sets, from digital skills to human skills. She also made some practical recommendations in improving and training skills for workers in the context of international integration and Industry 4.0.
The Conference is honorably chaired by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc with the participation of Standing Deputy Chairwoman of National Assembly Tong Thi Phong, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and leaders of ministries, departments, localities and numerous associations, business communities.
