On 30th September and 1st October, 2021, ManpowerGroup Vietnam together with 34 leading employers in various industries, joined the BUV Online Career Fair 2021 by the British University Vietnam (BUV). The event was an interactive digital platform to assist industry employers and BUV’s students and alumni community in connecting, recruiting, and sharing core values during this time of uncertainty.
During two days of the event, ManpowerGroup Vietnam consultants had virtual conversations about the current job market, our company, available positions in different sectors. We conducted 1:1 job interviews with students who had registered in advance to make them understand what are searched for from a recruiter’s perspective. Particularly, Ms. Jessie Dinh, Senior Recruitment Consultant, Manpower Vietnam took part in a workshop where she introduced job search resources and tactics that aim to assist students in a competitive job market as well as how to establish their personal brand and network.
The job fair activities have received a lot of positive feedback from BUV students and alumni. As both a recruiter and a leading global workforce solutions provider, we hope to provide the young labor with a better understanding of the job market and prepare them successfully for their future career paths.
