ManpowerGroup Vietnam graciously presented in a Career Roadshow at HCMUT on 14th September 2019 and was excited to meet 1,600 students at the event. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Thuy, Recruitment Manager for Long Son Petrochemicals Project, shared her experience and gave valuable advice to students on how to entice employers in a job interview. “Understanding your competence and your suitability with the job and company culture as well as being able to highlight your uniqueness are the key to success’’, she said.
Apart from addressing various students’ concerns about interview preparation, interview process, and common interview questions, Ms. Thuy also introduced hundreds of career opportunities for fresh graduates at Long Son Petrochemicals, a $5.4-billion oil and gas project in the South of Vietnam.
