FTU2 Career Fair 2025: Connecting Talents, Building the Future
Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh City Campus in Ho Chi Minh City (FTU2 Career Fair 2025) unlocked numerous exciting opportunities for the university's dynamic students. Manpower was honored to partner with FTU2 as the Content Sponsorship unit, delivering practical value and beneficial information to students on their journey to conquer future careers.
The event attracted a large number of sophomores, juniors, and seniors from diverse majors such as International Economics, Business Administration, and International Finance. Career Fair 2025 served not only as a bridge between students and leading enterprises in fields like Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and Logistics, but also as a platform where students were equipped with crucial skills to confidently enter the labor market.
With practical counseling activities, Manpower Vietnam's career experience zone became a central attraction for many students. The "Mock Interview" round took place on the morning of April 13, 2025. This activity provided a valuable opportunity for 50 outstanding students to directly experience a real interview process with recruitment experts, allowing them to showcase themselves and receive sincere feedback and suggestions to improve their interview skills, a key factor in the job search process.
Furthermore, students had the chance to participate in the Recruitment Process Series, directly experiencing a real recruitment environment and presenting themselves to potential employers at the Booth Activities. In particular, the "1:1 Career Counseling" activity, directly conducted by experts from Manpower over four days from April 21, 2025, to April 24, 2025, offered students the opportunity to converse and receive in-depth advice from Manpower's experienced HR professionals. The 1:1 counseling sessions focused on career orientation, building personal development roadmaps, sharing job search experiences, and answering questions related to the labor market.
The strategic collaboration between the Foreign Trade University Ho Chi Minh City Campus and Manpower at Career Fair 2025 brought practical value to students, helping them access attractive job opportunities, acquire important knowledge and skills, and gain more confidence in their career paths.
