ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s CSR Project:

New Colors Today for a Brighter Tomorrow

On June 22-23, 2024,nearly 50 employees of ManpowerGroup Vietnam partnered with Sac Mau Tuoi Tho project to sponsor and contribute to the renovation of many classrooms at Phuoc Loc Kindergarten (Campus 2) in La Gi, Binh Thuan.

Phuoc Loc Kindergarten (Campus 2) serves as the second home for hundreds of local children. Over the years, many classrooms had aged, their walls showing signs of decay and mud stains. A well-maintained and clean school is a dream come true for these children and teachers.

ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s employees take a photo with Phuoc Loc Kindergarten’s teachers in front of the newly refurbished, clean classrooms in a CSR program.

With the enthusiastic support of ManpowerGroup Vietnam volunteers and the social organization Sac Mau, the school walls received a fresh makeover. Vibrant colors now adorned the classrooms, depicting scenes from lush forests teeming with various animal species and the refreshing blue ocean inhabited by whales, turtles, starfish, and more. The newly transformed spaces provided a friendly environment for learning and play for the children in La Gi, Binh Thuan.

With the skilled hands and the creativity of “seasonal artists” of ManpowerGroup Vietnam and the social organization Sac Mau, the school walls received a fresh makeover.

ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s employees painted beautiful, vividpictures with many colors on a kindergarten school’s walls for the children in Binh Thuan in a CSR program.

But the impact went beyond the walls, ManpowerGroup Vietnam also contributed financially to provide toys, equipment, and learning tools for the school. Besides, they actively engaged in cultural exchanges and enjoyed delicacies with locals, fostering understanding and solidarity.

Through this initiative, the vibrant moments of young people at ManpowerGroup Vietnam came to life. It wasn’t just about creating a better learning environment for children; it embodied the humanitarian values that our company strives to bring to the community and society. The message is clear: Together, we can nurture the future talent of Vietnam from today.

The Sac Mau Tuoi Tho project was launched and executed by Sac Mau Social Company Limited in May 2016. By May 2023, the project had revitalized 152 schools across the country, transforming 339 old classrooms into vibrant, sparkling artworks for young students. The project has executed various provinces in Vietnam, from Hoa Binh to Quang Ngai, and now Binh Thuan.

This activity is a part of ManpowerGroup Vietnam's CSR activities on Working to Change the World, aiming to create a happier, more prosperous, and sustainable life for all.
