On 16th October, ManpowerGroup Vietnam representative - Ms. Nguyen Thu Trang, Country Head of PERM & Consulting Services joined Vietnam Business Summit in Hanoi as the moderator for panel discussion "Human resources shift in the digital age: Vietnam's potential".
Attracted over 600 delegates, the Vietnam Business Summit 2019 was hosted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was honored to welcome Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, newly appointed Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Le Van Thanh to attend and speak, along with numerous speakers who are leaders of ministries, scholars, international and domestic leading organizations and enterprises.
The speakers shared the favorable conditions of Vietnames human resources and the readiness of enterprises to prepare resources during the 4th Industrial Revolution. The discussion also brought up practical solutions to enhance the quality of Vietnamese labor market, emphasizing the importance of multi-party cooperation between employers, workers and training institutions.
