Responsibilities:
Project management:
Lead and coordinate projects with internal teams and XFN to ensure timely and effective execution of the project
Track project timelines, proactively manage risks, and provide regular progress updates and post-mortems to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
Build and maintain relationship with Sellers, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into sellers' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
Maintain high service quality provided by sellers on the platform to enhance the shopping experience for buyers by ensuring low cancellation and return rates, fast delivery times, and other key factors that drive higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Manage mid- and long-tail sellers by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools adoption to enhance performance and efficiency.
Grow long-tail assortments and develop collaboration with long-tail creators to boost affiliate-driven GMV for the Category
*Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
2-3 years experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive execution in a fast-paced environment
Solid data analysis skills: ability to extract, interpret, and visualize data to drive business decisions using tools
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skill
Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
A good team player, fast learner and open to changes
Proficient in English and Vietnamese language.
Proficient in Excel calculation and PowerPoint presentation.
