Sales Admin Department (First 6 months):
- Send purchase orders to vendors
- Co-ordinate with Operation team to collect information regarding shipping schedule update
- Work with freight forwarder or carrier to book container per customer instruction
- Collect shipping documents (invoice, packing list) from vendor, check for accuracy
- Work with accounting team to issue packing list, invoice from Allingham to customer
- Work with vendors to get other needed shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phyto, Fumigation ect.
Operation Department (After 6 months):

- Traveling from Ho Chi Minh to Binh Duong and back
- Able to start in October
