We are a newly established manufacturing company specializing in the production and packaging of screws and fasteners, aiming to build a world-class operation with a strong focus on packaging excellence, quality, and efficiency. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting activities and ensure compliance with international and Vietnamese accounting standards. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting expertise, be familiar with manufacturing industry operations, and understand relevant compliance regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, and cost accounting specific to the screw manufacturing process.
- Ensure strict adherence to FCPA regulations and applicable US laws, ensuring transparency and compliance across operations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in line with GAAP, IFRS, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve internal accounting policies and procedures to support the company's objectives and operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with auditors and manage the audit process to ensure smooth and compliant financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and work proactively with tax authorities to address any requirements or inquiries.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes and support the usage and enhancement of the ERP system, particularly in areas related to manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and financial reporting for the screw production line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- CPA, ACCA, or Chief Accountant Certification.
- At least 8-10 years of accounting experience, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and Vietnamese Accounting Standards, with a focus on manufacturing cost structures and production processes.
- Good knowledge of FCPA regulations and their application in the manufacturing industry.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in managing accounting operations in a production setting.
- Experience working with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)
