- Our client — a leading company in e-commerce — is seeking an Admin Specialist. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and ensure smooth internal processes in a fast-paced, digital-driven environment.
- Assist superiors in establishing the administrative management system, processes, and framework for the parks;
- Responsible for administrative management, logistics services, and cultural construction for the parks, independently handle external personnel liaison work, and arrange related outreach meetings and activities properly
- Responsible for the cost settlement of administrative projects, assist superiors in formulating monthly/annual departmental budgets, and analyze and compare monthly expenses for the administrative module and various regions, providing regular analysis reports monthly
- Plan, organize, implement, and promote large-scale corporate care projects for the company, supporting administrative care services across various parks
- Responsible for enhancing employee service experience and quality improvement, releasing and analyzing quarterly employee satisfaction surveys regarding logistics service guarantees such as food, accommodation, transportation, and environment
- Assist superiors in enhancing administrative team capabilities, establish an administrative performance appraisal mechanism, conduct training on related business knowledge courses, and continuously improve administrative professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years of experience in a comparable position, experience in the e-commerce warehousing related industry is preferred;
- Capable of document and copywriting, proficient in office software such as Office and WPS;
- Good communication and expression skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, as well as internal and external communication capabilities and logical thinking skills;
- Proficient in office software and Excel, strong data collection and analysis abilities, familiarity with financial analysis, administrative cost control/budgeting management knowledge is preferred;
