- The opportunity: We are looking for Agency Initiatives Expert who develops and manages new initiatives to support and improve quality and productivity of agency force, in particular for MDRT, PAL development, ECM in collaboration with other teams within AD and with other departments such as product development, marketing, operations, strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify new initiatives (included but not limited to those within agency) to improve quality and productivity of agency force (MDRT, PAL, ECM, SIM, etc..); and co-ordinate with other departments to roll-out, communicate and manage change projects.
- Setup monitoring framework and dashboard for all levels to supervise the KPIs and business impact of agency initiatives. Identify the gap versus plan, root cause and propose intervention actions.
- Be local champion and cooperate with Group Agency to deliver Impact charter and groupwide agency projects.
- Support the Agency’s taskforce team to stimulate the transformation journey.
Job Requirements:
- Education: University degree
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in sales management, project management.
- Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches
- Have good strategic thinking skills
- Knowledge and experience of salesforce, channel marketing and operational structure of agency
- Good presentation & communication in both English & Vietnamese, motivation and organizational skills
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with different levels within and outside the company
