Job Description: 
- To give technical support to all those companies, dealers and distributors concerned with buying, selling and using the company products. To give better solutions and educate the customers about the strengths of the company products.
- Effectively support the Key Customer accounts and channel partners, and ensure that they generate a trust in the local support of the company,
- To provide weekly activity reports by customer per the request of the products manager or the regional sales manager.
- To train all these engineers appointed by our channel partners and keep a proper track of their activities.
- To ensure that the exact problems faced by the end users and/or channel partners are reported to the next superior and the head quarter and proper feedback or solutions are provided to the end users and/or channel partners to resolve the problems.
- Organize and conduct technical seminars and training for end users, channel partners and their engineers in the areas under their control.
- Manage the activity of all inquiries from channel partners and direct customers for semi standard and special tools.
- Manage the data base of all potential applications and field tests.

Job Requirement:
- Preferred graduated technical engineer or minimum technical Diploma
- Good knowledge in the machine tool and cutting tool industry
- Performing application installations, training, updates and maintenance
- Proficiency in customer service on the phone and direct • Able to work independently
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and a good team player
