Job Description 

• Implement and maintain the overall visual concept for virtual idol products, following the visual guidelines from the headquarters in South Korea.

• Take full responsibility for creating visuals and videos for virtual idols, including images, animations, and video content.

• Collaborate with the 3D Animation team, Lookdev Artists, Retouch Artists, Motion Graphics designers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.

• Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance brand recognition.

• Work closely with the headquarters in South Korea to manage visual content projects.

Requirements 

• At least 7 years of experience in Digital Art, video production, and 3D graphics.

• Strong experience in brand identity development and video content production.

• Proficiency in Unreal Engine or other 3D software.

• Diverse experience in creative direction and project management.

• Strong ability to stay updated on trends and generate innovative ideas.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience working in an advertising agency.

• Recognized achievements, such as domestic and international art awards.

• Extensive knowledge of various animation styles and the latest trends.
