Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.

Technical Profile:

• Good experience of mechanical or mechatronics product assembly;
• Product knowledge expertise
• Problem solving techniques
• LEAN Manufacturing & Management Experience is plus

Preference:

• Have over 5 years working experiences related to mechanical or mechatronics product assembly.
• Has knowledge in electrical parts or products;
• Be able to do trouble shooting;

Critical Competences:

• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing & ISO 9001:2015
• Initiative, innovative, energetic and problem solver;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good sense in customer focus;
• Good at working on details with efficiency;
• Be flexible with business trip
• Pro-active, open, honest and trustworthy. Able to work under pressure and work relatively long hours when necessary.

Communication Profile:

• Fluent English both in oral and written. Chinese is plus.
