Responsibilities:

• Participate in deal execution and management
• Investor relations and client management
• Strong accounting and financial experience
• Carrying out research and analysis on industries and companies.
• Creating materials for both internal and external meetings, such as pitchbooks, presentation materials, and teasers.
• Crafting financial models, performing valuations (including methods like DCF and sensitivity analysis), and conducting due diligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a top university, Master/MBA degree is highly preferred
• From 3 years of experience in investment banking, investment fund and consulting firm is required
• Integrity, proactive nature, and leadership attributes.
• Profound financial and analytical competencies.
• Powerful quantitative and technical skills.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• Excellent in English, additional language is highly preferred
