​Our client is seeking a highly motivated person to join our team in Vietnam. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing our distributor network and directly engaging with customers to accelerate sales growth within the Vietnam market especially Human ID and Forensic applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.

• Provide ongoing support to distributors, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively sell products.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.

• Directly engage with key customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

• Prepare and present proposals and marketing materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of solutions.

• Regularly update CRM data to optimize sales efforts and track progress toward goals.

• Travel domestically as needed to meet with distributors and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's or PhD degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, or Medical Science.

• A self-motivated team player with 3-5 years of experience in the molecular diagnostics sales industry, with a proven track record of success in sales.

• Possess a deep understanding of the Vietnamese Human ID and Forensics market.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key decision-makers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Possess a valid driver's license and passport, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
