​(1)  BROAD SCOPE:

-       Logistics Operation Forwarding jobs

-       Operation jobs for Air, Ocean, Border Truck shipments

- Working location: Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh

(2)  ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

-       Receiving export orders from customer as shipping schedule

-       Booking with Airlines/ carriers, forwarders for securing or getting spaces.

-       Collect documents and working with customer and LSP for customs process, trucking and delivery.

-       Control Air shipments, Border truck shipments and local ocean shipments.

-       Handling with Cello tasks, IRRE list report and summary

-       Follow up with shipment status until cargo arrived destination

-       Follow up with payment procedure in cooperation with billing teams.

-       Ensure that documents are properly filed and archived

-       Attend to customer enquiries and orders

(3)  REQUIREMENTS:

-       Male is prefer

-       Can working overtime and do the nigh-shift

(a)  EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

-       University graduated in Business/Economics/Finance

(b)  EXPERIENCE:

-       2-3 years at least in logistics Company

(c)  SKILLS:

-       Computer: Excellent computer sills (Excel, Power point)

-       Excellent English communication, writing and speaking
