(1)  BROAD SCOPE:

• Handling e commerce/express shipments in/out warehouse, include cargoes inspection and re-packaging.

(2)  ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and process warehouse express shipments: unload, label, store and update in system.

•  Perform goods receipt quality check following Samsung SDS guideline: quantity, packing standard, content (include unpack and do manual check and operate in X-ray machines (later)).

• Keep a clean, organized and safe working environment and optimize space.

• Report and capture any discrepancies.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery (load, pack/label (if any))

• Coordinate and cooperate with operation manager (Hanoi-based)

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

• Another task as assigned by manager

• Working location: Vsip Bac Ninh Industrial Park

(3) REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven working experience as warehouse worker (preferred in e-commerce warehouse)

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects.

• Work from Monday to Saturday. Primary tasks will be in afternoon time.
