BIM MODELLER (MEP)

RESPONSIBILITY
- Create drawings from architecture models;
- Create Revit families for 2D/3D visualization ready to be connected to MEP disciplines (Advanced level);
- Create, update and revise BIM models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings;
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil engineering or equivalent; 2-5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools;
- Solid knowledge in Revit and Dynamo;
- Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environment, eg. Autodesk construction cloud;
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian…) are welcome;
- Must have exceptional attention to detail;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
