1.       BACKGROUND:
  • Very good technical knowledge on BIW parts (single parts and assemblies).
  • Proficiency in Catia V5 with BIW parts.
  • Good notion of DMU.
  • Familiar with stamping and welding processes.
  • Be familiar with aluminum stamping and casting parts is a plus.
  • Familiar with Team Center or similar PLM tool.
  • Have a good knowledge of R&D development system.
  • Good knowledge of GD&T.
  • Experience in leading technical issues with multi-functional team.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate with other teams.
  • Familiarity with OEM R&D documents (ISO9000/ISO14000, DFMEA, DFM, DFA…).
  • Have technical background on other Modules is a plus.
  • Willing to support BIW team at plant (Hai Phong).
  • Experience with BIW suppliers (stamping, welding, glue, sealings…).
  • Proficiency in English language.

2.       SOR SCOPE:
  • Work on CAD jobs for BIW 3D parts.
  • Proceed BIW studies as per project demands.
  • Investigate issues and propose solutions.
  • 3D and 2D drawing mark ups.
  • Welding files construction.
  • Support on CAD jobs for documentations.
  • Creation of Engineering Change Request documents (ECR).
  • Creation of Deviation Change Request documents (DCR).
  • Lead issues inside the plant with all shops (Press Shop, Body Shop, MA/MF Shops, Paint Shop, GA Shop).
  • Responsible to lead the Jira.
  • Support BIW MML on the topics for projects phases and ongoing vehicles.
  • Creation and support Quality Tools constructions (DFMEA, Spec Books, DVP).
  • Creation on SORs for new parts (Soft Toolings and Hard Toolings).
  • Purchase Order (PR) creation and support.
  • Support on creation and updatde/changes on EBOM.
  • Support on Weight control and statuses on the BIW Module.
  • Attend meetings as per project requests (on line and off lines)
  • Follow up suppliers for technical reviews and other topics related to our Module.
