BUSINESS ANALYST
Location: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION
•    Receive and manage all business requirements, arrange priority classification.
•    Manage and review the work to ensure that the professional documents are properly and professionally met and on time.
•    Collect & analyze data, clarify requirements, document (English-Vietnamese), business model, conduct training for Dev.
•    Coordinate in during functional testing (FAT), integration testing (SIT), end user testing (UAT)
•    Organize and implement instructions, support users to use the product and handle issue.
•    Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•    Graduated in IT or equivalent and participated in software development
•    At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position, user-oriented, professional-oriented, knowledgeable about software development
•    Good skills in software analysis and design, information system design
•    Ability to communicate, present, exchange work and handle situations.
•    Skilled in team/team management, work progress management.
•    Ability to read and understand documents and research in English.
•    Fluency in SQL is an advantage
