RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales activities: quotation, pricing management, revenue forecast, data collection and consolidation, preparation of business, follow up KPIs, report preparation.
- Marketing activities: support various marketing activities (workshops, seminars, conferences) including internal process and preparation, collecting, and consolidating data of market transparency, manage marketing materials.
- Partner management: support management of partner performance, onboarding partners…
- CRM management: manage funnel of opportunities with sales team and partners.
Others:
- Document management (specification, licenses, tender preparation…).
- Manage instruments (new installations, refurbishing plan)
- Admin tasks related to projects, resources
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above (in Finance, Business management, Economics);
- Around 3 years of relevant experience, especially in Business management;
- Good English or other language in both spoken and written;
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook;
- Effective communication and strong leadership;
- Honest, detail orientation, independent, hard working, open-minded, trustful, careful.
- Demonstrating clear plans and priority to work assignments;
- Showing flexibility in exploring new ideas/ways to carry out work to meet changing needs;
- Encouraging and building rapport with colleagues to achieve results together.
