Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop strategies and implement business development plans, including:
    • Identifying and consulting clients for credit rating services in Southern Vietnam.
    • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and partners in the region as assigned by the manager.
    • Representing the service at market networking events in the Southern region.
  • Assist the department in achieving/exceeding annual KPI targets.
  • Draft service proposals, prepare contracts, handle payment requests, and coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely client payments.
  • Manage the department’s client information database.
  • Support in preparing documents and assisting at company client events.
  • Participate in product development initiatives as requested by the Company Leadership.

Job Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Candidates with a CFA certification are preferred.
  • Proficient in sales techniques. Strong communication and customer care skills
  • English proficiency at pre-advanced level or higher (knowledge of Japanese or Korean is a plus).
  • Hardworking and able to handle work pressure.
  • Capable of working independently and receiving remote instructions.
