About the Role:
Our Client, a global company specializing in fashion industry, is looking for Business Process Specialist – Supply Chain (Warehouse). 

Job Objectives:
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) across Warehouse Management process areas.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. 
  • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock control, minimize discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting. 
  • Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance and professional development. 
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Procurement, Logistics, and Production to ensure seamless workflow and timely fulfillment of orders. 
  • Coordinate and manage the receiving of goods and materials from suppliers with key focus on accuracy, completeness, and quality. 
  • Plan and organize Main warehouse activities to meet operational goals. 
  • Manage physical material flow (in and out) complied with data in system. Ensure the proper disposal of scrap. 
  • Implement and optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and accuracy 
  • Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels by regular stock taking activities. 
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and conduct regular inventory counts and implement measures to minimize discrepancies. 
  • Collaborate with the Material Management team to address obsolete and slow-moving material inventories 

Key Duties: 
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality when receiving goods and materials from suppliers. 
  • Structure Main warehouse operations to meet operational goals efficiently. 
  • Oversee the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse, ensuring data accuracy in the system and proper disposal of scrap. 
  • Enhance warehouse processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular stock-taking activities and address discrepancies. 
  • Work with relevant departments to conduct regular inventory counts and implement measures to minimize discrepancies. 
  • Work with the Material Management team to address obsolete and slow-moving material inventories. 
  • Lead cost reset and cross-functional Supply Chain & Sustainability projects, ensuring follow-up on action plans for result delivery. 
  • Conduct regular safety training, investigate and report accidents or incidents promptly, and enforce company policies. 
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and performance management, and schedule tasks to ensure optimal productivity. 
  • Regularly update on Main warehouse performance and key metrics to stakeholders. 
  • Collaborate with each sub-function to assist in cost improvement projects. 
  • Provide input on relevant issues such as slow-moving inventory and coordinate with stakeholders as appropriate. 
  • Implement strategies to maximize the efficient use of warehouse space.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury or fashion environment 
  • In-depth experience in ERP or MOM processes – Warehouse Management 
  • Operational business experience, ideally in business process design and implementation 
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ME or SAP Digital Manufacturing platforms will be an advantage 
  • Ability to proactively seek out various opinions and effectively collaborate with others 
  • Ability to align people, business processes and systems with business strategy 
  • Well structured, good analytical and conceptual thinking. Strong process-orientation including ability to define, analyse and document business processes 
  • Exhibit strong self-initiative, problem solving, decision making, and multi-tasking skills in a fast- paced environment to continuously create efficiencies through creativity, experimentation, and ideation 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Proficient level of English will be required
