*JOB OVERVIEW: As a Team Leader, you play an important role in assisting and supporting Operation Manager with regards to all operation functions for bringing the excellent service to our valued clients and associates. Ensure that all activities comply with local labor law and the standard of practice; as well as participate in the planning, implementing and supervise operations of Staffing & Outsourcing service.
*RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Staffing service management
Manage to distribute Outsourcing & Staffing Service to clients; giving daily instruction to team members on operation process, included master data, new hire, termination, timesheet, payroll, PIT, SMUI, labor, turn over, and other related reports to client and authorities.
Handle big/ complicated accounts as well as study new clients and do the initial set up before assign to team members.
Conduct induction training to new associates, monthly/ quarterly catch up with clients and associates.
Play the role of 1st escalate level to solve issues at client site or solve service issues, action as back up for team member's account as needed.
Contribute to improve payroll outsourcing process.
Frequently update to clients, associates, and team members about changes of labor law and related practice impact to staffing outsourcing service
Supervise and cross check monthly payroll, PIT finalization at year end, billing to client and other reports to authorities, client, HR, Finance
Review all kinds of payroll reports, legal information, contracts, and agreements before signing off to make sure the accuracy and compliance met.
Provide necessary consult to manager, clients and teams about labor law, market practice
Coach and monitor the team, training new members
2. Accounting & Financial Management
Take full responsibilities on follow up AR, collect debt/ bad debt.
Supervise process/ control monthly billing to clients and payment from clients.
Working with operation manager and giving instructions to team member when re-deal with client on service charge and other additional fee
Manage P&L report of Staffing team and do the reconciliation with finance team.
3. Renewal Sales and BD
Assist team members to communicate with existing clients about requirement of new scopes including preparing quotation, extension of service agreement.
Support other teams in preparing for proposal or join in to approaching/ deal with potential clients that need advises from operation process.
Support team's activities in marketing and branding purpose.
4.Others
Monthly report to regional/ global account.
Manage admin and ad hoc tasks within team.
Other task as assigned by Operation Manager.
*REQUIREMENTS:
BA degree
At least 5 years of experience in HR (C&B), 3 years in external HR service
Excellent in 4 skills of English
