RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls, respond to E-mail / FB / LINE / Zalo from customers
- Manage customer service
- Ensure compliance with all technical service procedures
- Handle inquiries and complaints from customers and sellers
- Ensure operational support meets service commitments and customer requirements
REQUIREMENT
- Good English communication and reading comprehension.
- Intermediate degree or higher level
- Passionate about technology/game, IT/Technology background is an advantage
- Be careful and honest, good at listening and communication skills, enthusiastically helping and promoting customer satisfaction
