Location: HCM or Hanoi

Working time: Mon-Fri (9am – 6pm)

Salary: 15 – 22mil (gross)

Main role:

As a Channel Marketing Specialist, your main task is to build the channel marketing plans that will help elevate our consumer engagement (across all consumer touchpoints), drive volume and share gains.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-        Develop Channel Marketing Strategy as per product map and direction on a global level.

-        Lead the design and production of Channel Visual Merchandising (VM), Customer Experience (CX) guideline for offline touchpoints and lead the execution with countries.

-        Develop new marketing programs to increase operational excellence through growth and seek new methods and improvements for communication with end users in the retail aisle.

-        Develop Customer Experience Programs to engage with customer in emotional level through retail technologies, such as AR, XR, MR, etc.

-        Prepare and distribute last mile execution reports (ROI and KPIs).

-        Work closely with sales teams and headquarters managers to ensure integrated execution at all times

-        Prepare store-branding guidelines

-        Other assignments required by supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

-        Bachelor degree in marketing, business, or related field

-        2+ years of marketing-related experience is required; IT product background is preferred.

-        Strong Organizational and Project management skills, multitasking, respect deadlines

-        Smooth written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

-        Personality Traits: Optimistic, creative, aggressive, logical, proactive, detail-oriented.

-        Love & passion for technology products (Laptop / Gaming Gear / Games)
