Chief Housekeeper
Location: Ha Noi

Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that appropriate hygiene standards are met at all times for all hospital areas (inside and out), managing and coordination to maintain infrastructure, related tools and equipment are always in good working condition 
  • Managing and effectively supervising of general spaces and cleaning services (including public areas, offices, restrooms….); to ensure that the hospital is always maintained in the optimal hygiene condition. 
  • Manage and effective control of pest control inside and outside the Buildings 
  • Carry out professional service and care for all plants and trees (as well as the general landscaping and indoor plantings). Ensure that the plants and trees are always in the good health condition, on-time pruning depending on the location and plant types 
  • Closely working with medical section in collecting and removing wastes, hygiene standards and isolation in respect of regulations. 
  • Proficient control and comply with standards for linen and uniform 
  • Responsible and effectively control quality and quantity of consumables. Timely report to related departments 
  • Create, review and update policies and procedures, effectively communicate with all team member 
  • To manages, inspires, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service levels throughout the Housekeeping operations 
  • Effectively responds to customer feedback, analyze root causes and timely take the appropriate actions. 
  • Responsible for all the report of Housekeeping department 
  • Creates, reviews and update operations budget of Housekeeping department. Timely obtains the approval 
  • To perform other responsibilities as requested by BOM
Requirement
  • Experienced in Hotel Services/ Housekeeping in a high-class hospitality’s property 
  • Leadership and excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to do multi-task and meet deadlines.
