Private Members Clubs provide an elevated experience of luxury, service, and community. The Club Manager oversees all daily operations at their specific club location, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and a seamless member journey.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Manage and lead the on-site operational team across all departments.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with HAUS standards.
- Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and discretion.
- Conduct regular briefings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.
Operations
- Oversee daily club operations, including F&B, reservations, guest services, and facilities.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional member experiences at all times.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Implement standard operating procedures and quality control systems.
- Manage the club's P&L and monitor performance against targets.
- Work with finance to create and maintain budgets.
- Approve purchasing, monitor inventory and control costs.
Member Experience
- Build strong relationships with members and manage feedback.
- Collaborate with Events and Membership teams to support cultural programming.
- Represent HAUS at events and high-profile occasions.
- Work cross-functionally with head office departments and senior leadership.
- Support the onboarding of new initiatives and systems.
- Liaise with facilities, marketing, and people & culture teams to ensure alignment.
- 5+ years’ experience in club or hospitality management.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong operational background with a focus on quality and detail.
- Proven budget and financial management experience.
- Member-focused, service-driven mindset.
- Experience in private members’ clubs or luxury environments preferred
