Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with investees to enhance their professional development and performance.
- Develop customized coaching plans tailored to individual investee needs.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to coaching plans as necessary.
- Foster a supportive and constructive coaching relationship with investees.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all coaching interactions.
- Stay current with industry trends and coaching best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business and Performance Coaching.
- Strong track record of successful coaching engagements.
- ICF certification is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt coaching approaches to different individuals.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Flexibility to work in either Hanoi or HCMC.
- A passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential.
