our client is a rapidly expanding retail company with a current footprint of 3500 stores and ambitious plans to reach 10,000 stores in the near future. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team. The COO will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and digital transformation across our retail operations.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects.
- Strategically scale operations to accommodate the company's growth from 3500 to 10,000 stores.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance the customer experience and optimize internal processes.
- Implement innovative retail technologies to improve employee performance management.

Technology Integration:
- Apply new technologies and digital solutions to create seamless digital live experiences for customers and employees.
- Stay abreast of retail technologies that enhance customer experience and contribute to the company's competitive edge.

Retail Strategy:
- Analyze and understand retail consumer behavior to shape and adapt the company's retail strategy.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define the future of retail supply chains and logistics.

Performance Management:
- Utilize technology for effective employee performance management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Implement data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:
- Proven track record in overseeing the operation of more than 5000 stores.
- Significant experience in driving digital transformation and technology integration in a retail environment.
