Key responsibilities:
- Assisting Project Managers: Aid project managers in utilizing project cost tracking tools, ensuring accurate cost accounting, verifying estimated cost prices, monitoring cash flow curves, and drafting project review reports.
- Budget and Financial Management: Collaborate with management to prepare and compile budgets, profit and loss forecasts for the execution center in SEA.
- Financial Audits: Prepare and participate in financial audits to validate accounts and results.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and project accounting using SAP.
- Timekeeping: Monitor and manage timekeeping processes.
- Invoicing: Handle invoicing, including intercompany management.
- Hour Rate and Transfer Pricing: Manage hour rates and transfer pricing.
- Load Curve Establishment: Establish forecasted load curves to ensure alignment between forecasted activity levels and workforce sizing.
- Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures,
- Preparing/verifying monthly operational reports.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define, establish, and monitor relevant KPIs in line with management needs and Group standards.
- Rule Compliance: Verify the correct application of Group rules and implement corrective actions if necessary.
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor of Finance or Business Administration
- 5-10 years’ experience in a management control function in the industrial sector, preferably in a "project environment"
- Practical expertise in office systems such as Excel and ERP tools such as SAP Fico + BW (e.g. accounting - purchasing - projects),
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
