Khách hàng SmartOSC đang cần tuyển vị trí Country Director (based tại Tokyo, JP)
Yêu cầu: 
- Là người Việt hiện đang công tác tại Nhật Bản hoặc người Việt đã từng ở Nhật Bản, đã trở về Việt Nam nhưng vẫn còn network với thị trường Nhật, ready để relocate qua Nhật.
- Mạnh về sales, BD thị trường Nhật Bản trong lĩnh vực công nghệ (E-commerce, SaaS, Cloud, AI, Blockchain,...), vị trí này sẽ tập trung vào mở rộng thị trường, mở rộng khách hàng, đem về nhiều lợi nhuận hơn cho SmartOSC tại thị trường Nhật Bản.
- Fluent in Japanese (N1 or N2), do sẽ phải làm việc trực tiếp với các C-level ở Nhật.
- Có proven track record về target sales cá nhận khoảng 2-3 triệu USD/ năm.

Thông tin về vị trí và SmartOSC ở Nhật:
- SmartOSC đã join thị trường Nhật Bản khoảng 7-8 năm, cung cấp giải pháp phần mềm E-Commerce, các khách hàng tiêu biểu của họ ở Nhật có CocaCola, Nestle,..
- Vị trí Country Director này sẽ lead toàn bộ team JP gồm 6 người (3 người VN, 3 người Nhật Bản).
- Vị trí này sẽ tập trung vào sales, BD, mở rộng thị trường và khách hàng. KPI đạt 100% target revenue 2025 (gấp 1.5 lần 2024)

Mức lương & Chế độ đãi ngộ
- Base Salary: 1 triệu yên/ tháng (khoảng 160-170tr VND) + performance bonus.
- Relocation allowance: Negotiate case by case.

Phỏng vấn: 3 vòng (Chủ tịch HĐQT -> CEO -> Presentation)

Khách hàng này đồng ý kí vs mức 21% flat, bảo hành & thanh toán as standard.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Director to lead SmartOSC's expansion in Japan, with a primary focus on IT development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong business development background, particularly in sales, with a proven track record of growing businesses and establishing deep networks within the industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth, build robust relationships, and position SmartOSC as a leading player in the Japanese IT market. This role requires a leader who can manage and inspire a local team and collaborate effectively with offshore teams in Vietnam to deliver exceptional technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Leadership and Business Growth:
•Drive SmartOSC's expansion in Japan by leveraging a strong network and understanding of the IT market.
•Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; develop strategies for growth aligned with global goals.
•Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in IT development, digital transformation, and consulting services.
•Build SmartOSC’s brand as a trusted partner in the Japanese IT market through targeted marketing and outreach activities.

Collaboration and Offshore Management:
●Lead strategic alignment between the Japan office and SmartOSC's headquarters in Vietnam to achieve business goals.
●Guide and influence cross-functional collaboration to ensure that local market strategies are integrated with global objectives.
Team Leadership:
●Recruit, develop, and lead a talented cross-functional team, including sales professionals, IT consultants, developers, and project managers.
●Foster a high-performance culture through clear KPIs, feedback, and professional development.
Financial Management:
●Develop and manage the country’s financial plans, ensuring alignment with SmartOSC’s overall business objectives.
●Monitor financial performance, implementing strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.

REQUIREMENTS
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
● 10+ years of experience in IT development, software services, or a senior management role within the technology industry.
● Proven experience in establishing and scaling IT operations in a new market, with a strong focus on the Japanese IT sector.
● Deep understanding of the Japanese technology landscape, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.
● Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
